Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All of our orders are made to order so processing times may vary and may take up to several weeks as we lovingly make every order in house. We appreciate your patience and appreciation for our commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to Canada and the USA, with Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD. Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout.
Local Pickup - Coquitlam Studio
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Coquitlam BC studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 15 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
Unfortunately at this time we only officially ship within Canada and the USA.
Don’t live in Canada or the USA? We are happy to create custom shipping options for customers who require shipping outside of our current shipping regions. Just email us at contact@izationstudio.com with your order details and shipping address, we’re happy to provide a shipping estimate.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ization Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@izationstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. After 10 days a return may not be accepted or a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
Return shipping will be at the customers expense unless due to a quality error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@izationstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
