Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange something due to a quality concern or sizing mishap, please email us at contact@izationstudio.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. After 10 days a return may not be accepted or a restocking fee of 20% may apply.

Return shipping will be at the customers expense unless due to a quality error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Final Sale on Custom and Sale Items

All customized pieces are final sale. Please make sure you're 100% confident about the changes requested. As always, we will do our best to ensure the garment fits you properly and that you are satisfied with the final outcome. We are here to help walk you through the steps of determining what customizations are right for you.

Sale Items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
