Shipping Information

All of our shipping rates have been calculated via Canada Posts standard rates. We do provide complimentary shipping within North America on orders over $250CAD with code “FREESHIPPING”. If you require shipping outside of North America please email us at Contact@izationstudio.com and we can create a custom shipping option for you based on our standard courier rates.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange something due to a quality concern or sizing mishap, please email us at contact@izationstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping will be at the customers expense unless due to a quality error, and a refund excluding shipping will be issued within 5 business days of the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Final Sale on Custom Items

All customized pieces are final sale. Please make sure you're 100% confident about the changes requested. As always, we will do our best to ensure the garment fits you properly and that you are satisfied with the final outcome.
